I’ve moved and my final bill shows I’m in credit, when should I expect a refund?

We’ll arrange a refund within 2 weeks after your account has been closed and your final bill is issued.

If you made your payments by Direct Debit, your credit will be refunded back into the bank account you supplied us with.

If you don't pay by Direct Debit and pay by card or Bacs each month, we’ll issue a Bacs refund.

Regardless of payment type, please make sure we have the correct new or forwarding address for you.
