After I move, when will I receive my final bill?

If you’ve already let us know about your home move, we’ll send you your final bill on your next monthly bill due which can be up to 6 weeks depending on when we process your move. This timeframe may be longer if you have any equipment you need to return to us.

If you haven't let us know about your move, we’ll need to know the date from which you are no longer responsible for the property and your new address in order to close your account.

For your energy services, we’ll need a final meter reading. Once we’ve received this, we’ll close your account and send you a final bill.
