I’d like to inform you about my move into a UW supplied property

Moving home can be stressful, which is why we've got a dedicated Homemovers team to ensure things run as smoothly as possible.

To inform us, simply give us a call on 0333 777 0777 and our Homemovers team will be happy to help.

We’ll need the following information from you:

  • The date you moved in and became responsible for the property.

  • Meter readings taken on your move-in date.

If you already have an account with us and have your meter readings, you can submit them


Once you have your account set up with us, we recommend that you set up a Direct Debit as soon as possible. We want our customers to get on with the things that really matter in life. And having to remember to pay your bill shouldn’t be one of them.
