What is the impact on my services when I switch my mobile to another provider?

Switching or cancelling your mobile service may impact the discount you get for these services. To check what discounts you’re receiving, please check your bill on ‘

If you took a handset contract with us and you’re still in the contract period, you’ll have to pay an early termination fee. This will become payable on your next bill after the switch completes.
