What happens if my switch is delayed?

We’ll always try and switch your service (including number porting, where requested) the next working day. If this process is delayed because of us, you may be entitled to compensation. To discuss a claim, please

Compensation will be based on the number of days you are without service, and will be paid to you as a credit on your next bill. Any delays caused by incorrect information or the other provider involved in the switch, will not be compensated by UW.
