I can't make or receive calls on my mobile

Firstly, try switching your mobile off and on again. If this doesn't work, there are a few things you'll need to check:

  • If your mobile has no signal, make sure you've activated your SIM – you can do this in your

  • If the SIM is activated, check whether the mobile is barred or blacklisted

  • Try the SIM in another mobile, if it works then there may be an issue with your handset

  • If the signal keeps dropping, test your phone in other locations. If your area has a low signal,

    may help improve your coverage.
