I can't access the internet on my mobile

If you can't get on the internet, there are a few things you need to check first:

  • Check if you have a mobile signal.

  • Make sure 3G/4G mobile data is turned on.

  • Make sure your phone isn't set to Airplane Mode.

  • If you're on Budget Control, make sure you've got enough credit - you can check this below.
