How do I enable my supply after it’s been disabled?
Sometimes, your gas or electricity supply might disconnect after running out of credit - for example, during a power outage if you’ve not topped up enough credit on a prepayment meter, or due to a malfunctioning appliance in your home. If you have a prepayment meter, make sure you have enough credit on your meter before following the instructions below.
We suggest you turn off any appliances that are sensitive to power surges, too.
