How to prepare

To help you navigate these temporary disruptions, here are a few tips:

  1. Top Up in Advance: Make sure you have sufficient credit on your prepayment energy meter before the scheduled maintenance begins. This will help you manage your energy usage during any downtime.

  2. Conserve Energy: Consider conserving energy during this time by minimising non-essential electricity consumption. Turning off lights and appliances when not in use can help prolong the energy on your prepayment meter. For more energy-saving tips, please click

Why this happens

Although we understand this may be inconvenient, carrying out this work is essential. To help manage this, and give you as much warning as possible this page shows the planned maintenance times that are coming up.
