Can I set up regular meter reading reminders?
Yes. You can choose to receive reminders every 30 days, 90 days, or opt-out anytime using our UW app!
To do this, just go to Account Settings > Meter Reading Reminders (under Email Preferences) and select the frequency you want, as below:
