How to identify the LED bulb you need replacing
Our Light Bulb Replacement service is only available to you if you received free light bulbs before 18 April 2021. We can’t supply bulbs to a new property if you’ve moved home.
How to order replacement light bulbs
Simply drop us a message via our
page, including the bulb number for the bulb(s) you’d like to be replaced, and how many bulbs you’d like.For example, you could send us a message like this:
“I’d like the below replacement bulbs:
x2 Bulb 1: Bright GU10, dimmable
x1 Bulb 2: GLS shape, BC cap, pearl finish, non-dimmable"
How to identify the bulb you need
To help identify the bulbs you need, use the images below. Each bulb you’ve been given shows a batch letter, along with a bulb number - for example, A1 or B2. When you reorder, you only need to give us the bulb number.
If your bulb doesn’t have a code on it, it’s likely that it’ll either be bulb 29 (a G9 Capsule bulb) or Bulb 30 (a G4 Capsule bulb).These are too small to include the bulb number.
