Checking credit on your second generation in-home smart meter display

Second-generation models are usually black, with seven touch buttons under the screen.

To check your credit, follow these steps:

Press the home button on your display.

Using the arrow buttons, scroll through the different options until you see ‘Balance’.

Choose the option by pressing the ‘OK’ button.

That’s it - you should now see your balance on the screen.
