Why are the meter readings I gave not showing on my bill?
Your bills are sent monthly, and show the energy you’ve used during the previous month.
Any meter reading you send us will show on your following month's bill – and we’ll use it to calculate how much energy you’ve used, and your costs, for the previous month. For example, a reading given on the 5th of February will appear on your March bill.
If you gave us a reading that hasn't appeared on your bill, it may be because you’ve submitted a reading that’s higher or lower than we're expecting. We'll contact you if we need more information from you.
Submit another reading
The more often you send us meter readings, the more accurately we can calculate your bill. So it’s never a bad idea to send us another meter reading.
