I've got an electricity emergency

If you have an electrical emergency, for example a power cut, you should call

from your mobile or landline. Your telephone service will automatically direct you to the local electricity network operator in your area. It's available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and it's free of charge.

No matter who your provider is, 105 is the number to call to get help. If there's a serious immediate risk, call the emergency services too.
