How do I activate my Cashback Card?
When your cards are dispatched, thewill update to let you know they are on their way. If your card hasn’t arrived after 10 days, please contact us.
Before you use your card, you’ll need to activate it. You’ll find an activation code on a sticker on each card you’ve requested. Please don’t remove this until you’ve activated your card. If you remove or lose your code, you will need to contact us for a replacement.
Enter the activation code in the UW app or your online account. Once you’ve done this, your new PIN will appear on screen.
You can check your PIN any time in the UW app or in your online account. Remember, you’ll need your new PIN to make your first in-store transaction.
