Why am I missing some cashback?
There are a few reasons why you might be missing some cashback that you were expecting:
Earning 1% cashback on online and in-store purchases
1% cashback on online and in-store purchases is limited to a maximum of £15 per month when you take four qualifying services.
To qualify for cashback, you’ll need to have at least 1 of the following service types live at the point of billing:
Mobile
Broadband (Broadband and/or home phone)
Energy (Gas and/or Electricity)
Insurance (Home Insurance and/or Boiler & Home Cover and/or Income Protector)
Instore purchases are instant but on some occasions, a retailer may take a few days to apply
Exclusions
Cashback doesn't apply for the following products in Sainsbury's:
Tobacco products
Postage stamps
Infant formula, milk or food
Gift vouchers and cards
Mobile phone top-up vouchers and cards
Spirits
White goods
Lottery tickets
Sainsbury's restaurants or coffee shops
Sainsbury's banking services such as PayPoint
