I’ve lost my Cashback Card / my card has been stolen

You should block your Cashback Card if it’s been lost or stolen, or if you spot a transaction using your card that you don’t recognise.

Blocking your card immediately prevents it from being used in shops, online, or to withdraw cash from ATMs.

After blocking your card, you should

as quickly as possible if you believe your card has been or may be used fraudulently.

How to block your Cashback Card:

  1. Open the ‘Cashback’ section of the UW app or 'My account' online.

  2. Select ‘Cards’ (App) or 'Card Controls' (online).

  3. Select ‘Block Card’ next to the card you wish to block.

If you find your card later, you can unblock it by using the same method as above. 

We can also provide you with a replacement card. To request a replacement card please call us.
