How do I switch my services to UW?

Switching to UW couldn’t be easier – whether you’re joining us through one of our UW Partners, our Sales team, or by yourself. 

Simply visit our

, enter your address and select which of UW’s services you’d like to take. After that, we’ll run some checks against your address to see which of our broadband tariffs are available at your property. 

Once you’ve selected the tariff that works best for you, you can choose which equipment you’d like to have. 

If you’re an existing customer, it’s quick and simple to add broadband by visiting ‘

The switching process usually takes up to 15 days depending on your tariff and property, and we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
