I'm having trouble receiving emails on Webmail - what should I do?

Check if your mailbox is full – you might need to delete old emails from your inbox if you’ve hit your 'usage' limit. Try to send an email to yourself and confirm that you are receiving it.
Make sure the sender types your email address correctly - if you're sure the email address they're sending to is correct, ask them if they're receiving any 'bounce back' emails from the server that might explain what the problem is.
Is it in your Deleted folder? It’s more common than you may think. Check your Deleted folder in case you accidentally removed it from your inbox.
