Can I change my mind?

We hope you don’t, but yes – you can within the first 14 days of your switch (known as the ‘cooling-off period’). Please contact us to let us know if you’ve changed your mind. We won’t charge you any exit fees. 

If we sent you any equipment and then you cancelled in the cooling-off period, you’ll need to

If you’re outside the cooling-off period, you may need to wait for your new service to complete before you’re able to switch to another provider. Please note that cancelling outside of the cooling-off period will mean you are liable for an early termination fee.
