What is the impact on my services when I switch my broadband to another provider?

Switching or cancelling your broadband service away from us doesn’t impact the provision of your other services from us, but may impact the discount you receive on other UW services. To check what discounts you’re receiving, check out your bill on ‘

Here’s how you could be affected:

Energy discount – Your discount may decrease if you have fewer services with UW.

Early termination fee reimbursement – If you claimed early termination fees from your previous provider as a new customer, you may need to pay them back or no longer be eligible to claim them.
