What's the Double the Difference Price Promise?

For new customers who joined UW before 11 September 2021, and switching their energy, broadband and mobile. If we weren’t already saving you money compared with your current suppliers, we offered to give you back ‘Double the Difference’!

To benefit from this offer, you must have switched both your energy services to us, unless you don't have mains gas supply at your property (this offer doesn't include prepayment meters).

How do I make a Double the Difference Price Promise claim?

Please note this is only if you joined us before 11th of September 2021.

Our Price Promise is available if you're a Double Gold customer taking Home Phone, Broadband, Mobile and our Energy (excluding prepayment meters) services.

To make a claim, all you need to do is send us a copy of the bills from each of your previous suppliers, covering a period of at least three months before the date the services switched to us.

Once we've processed the claim (generally within eight weeks of receipt), you'll be given a choice of high street retailers and we'll round the claim up to the nearest £10.
