When will my bill be ready?

We prepare bills between 7th and 12th days of the month. Depending on which services you have, your bill will be available in the app or in your online account from the 13th of the month. Paper bills are delivered between the 12th and 20th of the month.

The specific day can vary depending on weekends and bank holidays. If you expect your bill to arrive around a certain day of the month, please be aware that sometimes it could be up to 2–3 days after this at different times of the year.

Once your bill is ready to view in your account online or in the UW app, we’ll contact you to let you know.

If you receive a paper bill this will be posted to you as soon as it’s ready.

If you’ve not received your bill or bill notification by the 21st of the month, please contact us.
