How to make a bill payment

You can pay your bill in a few ways:

Set up a monthly Direct Debit

This is our recommended method. That’s because it takes the hassle out of remembering to pay and you'll be protected by the Direct Debit guarantee.

Pay online

Your UW online account is the fastest and quickest way to make a payment and manage your bills. Just log-in to your

By phone

By BACS transfer

If you'd like to pay your bill by BACS (Banking Automated Credit System), please use these details:

Please make sure you include your UW account/customer number as the payment reference otherwise we won't know where it needs to be allocated.

By cheque or postal order

Bill payments are set to be taken automatically on the last working day of the month. If you'd like this to be changed to the first working day of the following month you can contact us.

Paying outstanding amounts

If you have an overdue balance, you can make a payment for this in the Billing and Payments section of your
