What's the £400 early termination fee offer to help me switch?

£400 to help you switch applies when you switch at least three of your services: energy, broadband, mobile and insurance (excluding Home Insurance) - and you are a new customer. 

If you’re locked into contracts for these services, we’ll give you up to £400 towards any termination fees you have to pay your current providers for switching. 

You'll just need to send us copies of your bills showing your Early Termination Fees. We'll then add it as a credit to your account.

Please note if your mobile contract combines the cost of the device and airtime, we will cover the early termination fee within the £400 limit. For contracts where the device and airtime costs are split on your bill, typically for high-end devices that are part of a device financing proposal, we will only cover the airtime early termination fee.
