What is the Peace of Mind Promise?

The ‘Peace of Mind Promise’ applies to all new customers who switch three home services to us: energy, broadband, mobile and insurance (excluding Home Insurance).

  • Energy prices up to 5% below the Government's price cap

  • Up to £200 towards early termination fees with existing suppliers

  • 30 days to change your mind without penalty

5% energy discount

Up to 5% discount applies to customers who switch their energy plus at least 2 other services (bill protector excluded). Lower discounts will be applied to customers taking energy only, or energy plus just one other service. Our Energy Price Guarantee only applies to customers on a variable energy tariff paying by Direct Debit with a credit meter. £200 to help you switch and 30 days to change your mind applies when you switch at least three of your services: energy, broadband, mobile and insurance (excluding Home Insurance) - and you are a new customer. 

£200 to help you switch - we’ll give you up to £200 towards any termination fees you have to pay your current providers for switching those services. Additional requirements apply to customers who are tenants. 

30 days to change your mind - you can cancel any of the following services within 30 days without penalty: energy, broadband, mobile and insurance (excluding Home Insurance). You just need to pay for any installation costs and costs you have incurred by using these services. You must also return any equipment we have supplied to enable you to use these services.
