How do I cancel my mobile with UW?
Before you leave, we recommend texting ‘INFO’ to 85075 for free. This will give you information about the cost of leaving us if you’re still in contract, plus any other services that may be impacted. If you’ve got a Budget Control or Pay As You Go plan, this will give you information on how much credit you have left on your service.
Looking to cancel and take your existing mobile number with you?
To cancel and take your mobile number with you, you’ll need a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code). When you give the code to your new provider, they’ll contact us to cancel your mobile service (and transfer your mobile number if that’s what you’ve requested).
