What Energy tariffs do you offer?

With UW, the more services you take, the better value we offer. 

Our available energy tariffs

UW Fixed tariff (energy + one other service)

UW Fixed Saver tariff (energy + two other services)

We currently offer two fixed rate tariffs. A fixed tariff protects you against price rises for the length of the contract. Available to eligible customers who take two or more qualifying services.* Requires an existing smart meter, or accepts the installation of a smart meter if you don’t have one. 

Double Gold tariff (energy + two other services) 

Our cheapest variable rate tariff. Available if you take three or more qualifying services*.

Gold tariff (energy + one other services)

Our second cheapest variable rate tariff. Available if you take two qualifying services*.

Value tariff (only energy)

Our standard variable rate tariff. Available if you only take energy as a service.

*Fixed tariff only available to customers who take two or more bundle services (bundle services are energy, broadband, mobile, insurance - excluding Bill Protector). Smart meter required. Full details, eligibility and terms are available at

*Qualifying services include energy, broadband, mobile and insurance (Bill Protector excluded. Boiler & Home Cover also excluded for tenants). 

You need a Direct Debit in place to qualify for the above credit meter tariffs. Cash/cheque payers will be placed on a more expensive tariff.
