Can I upgrade my mobile phone?

If you're looking at upgrading to a new mobile or adding a mobile handset to your existing SIM only plan, contact us on 0333 777 0777 and let us know what model you'd like and we can talk you through your options.

If you already have a mobile with us, most come with a 2-year contract. You can upgrade at any time but there may be an early upgrade fee. To find out more we recommend texting ‘INFO’ to 85075 for free. This will give you information about the cost of leaving us if you’re still in contract, plus any other services that may be impacted. If you’re on a Pay as you go plan, this will give you information on how much credit you’ll lose once you switch.
