A guide to understanding your UW bill

The front of your bill shows a summary of your monthly charges and spending for each service.

The pages that follow give you a breakdown for your services. Things like how much you’ve spent on calls, itemised calls, any cashback earned and energy used (all depending on which services you have with UW).

If you have mobile or landline services and you get paper bills, we'll only list chargeable calls. If you'd like to see the full list of calls including any free ones, you can see this in your online account by clicking ‘Your bills’ below.
