I need help with an error message with Webmail
Here's some common error messages you might see with our Webmail service, and some fixes:
Mail quota is full
You'll see this message when you've used up your available space. Simply delete some emails to make some room.
I get an CFN# 0005 error, or the webpage can't be found
You'll need to make sure that any old shortcuts or favourites that you had saved are updated to have the correct URL:
Entry not found
