How do I return my router, booster, eero or dongle?

In partnership with Royal Mail, UW has set up a Returns Portal. This is to be strictly used for returning only Wireless Routers, Signal Boosters, Eeros and Broadband Dongles.

If the equipment you wish to send is not listed above please do not use this service as it will not be covered by the delivery insurance. You would then not be covered should the item go missing or is damaged in transit.

The Returns Portal is free and easy to use. Instructions are provided to guide you through the process.

At the end you can choose between - Printing and Non-Printing options. Depending on your choice there are also a number of return options such as - Dropping it off at the Post Office or a Post-box or Parcel Collect.

Please return each eero back in individual packaging. So if you have 3 eeros you will need to print 3 labels or generate 3 QR codes returning 3 packages.
