How do I cancel my energy services?

We're sorry to hear you're thinking of leaving us. Is there something we can make right? If you're still deciding and want to speak to our team you can call us on 0333 777 3212.

If you've already made up your mind, there's no need to contact us – all you need to do is contact the new supplier. They'll notify us of the switchover date and will supply your meter readings once it's happened, which we'll use to generate your final bill. This is usually within six weeks of the switch over.

Don't cancel your Direct Debit with us during this time, as we'll use it to take your final payment, or refund any outstanding credit.

If you're currently on one of our fixed tariffs, there may be an early termination fee. You can find details of this on your bill under the supply details section for gas and electricity. Further details for your particular fixed tariff can also be found on our
